Terms of use

Last updated: 25 September 2026

These terms apply when you download or play our games Wolf in the Flock, Trailfill (the "game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

1. Who provides the game

The game is made and provided by Anılcan Yurtbay (Hopkite), an individual developer based in Türkiye, under the studio name Hopkite ("we", "us"). Hopkite is not a registered company. Contact: hopkitegames@gmail.com.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game for your own non-commercial use on devices you own or control. The game, its art, sounds, levels and puzzles, code and names belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game; modify it, cheat with third-party tools, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows; or use it to break any law.

If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA) also applies; if these terms and Apple's EULA conflict, Apple's EULA wins for the licence. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms of service also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the game or its support.

3. Ads

The game is free and shows ads. Rewarded videos are optional: you choose to watch one for an in-game reward, and the reward is given only when the video finishes. Buying Remove ads stops interstitial and banner ads; rewarded videos stay available. How ads use data is explained in our privacy policy.

4. Purchases

5. In-game currency and items

In-game coins or hints and the items you unlock or buy in the game (such as flocks, boosters, meadows, catch effects and lenses; board themes and streak freezes) are a licence to use a feature of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may change how they are earned or priced, for example to keep the game balanced, but we will not take away items you paid for with real money while we still offer the game.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the game, change or remove features and content, and fix bugs. Daily puzzles and levels depend on the date and may change between versions. We may stop offering the game; if we do, we will say so in the store listing and on our website, hopkite.pages.dev, and the version on your device will keep working offline for as long as your device supports it, except for ads.

7. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We work hard to make it fun and bug-free, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for your device. This does not affect the legal guarantees you have as a consumer where you live.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress or data, or loss caused by your device, the store, the ad provider or events beyond our control. Our total liability for anything related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us through the store in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law.

9. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data the game and its ad and analytics providers collect and how you control it.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts or consumer bodies that your local law allows. Please contact us first at hopkitegames@gmail.com: most problems are solved quickly by email.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the game or the law changes. We publish the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we also mention it in the store's "What's new" notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
