How do I restore my purchases?
Use the Restore purchases link at the very bottom of the Shop, or Settings > Purchases > Restore purchases. Sign in to the same Google Play or Apple account you bought with. Restore brings back one-time purchases (Remove ads, All flocks). Packs that are used up when bought (Small coin pack, Medium coin pack, Large coin pack) cannot be restored.
I bought Remove ads but I still see ads.
Remove ads stops interstitial (full-screen) and banner ads. Rewarded videos stay, because you choose to watch them for a reward. If full-screen ads still appear, use Restore purchases (see the first question), make sure you are signed in to the account you bought with, then restart the game.
How do I remove ads?
Buy Remove ads in the Shop (No ads & coin packs) or Settings > Purchases > Remove ads. It is a one-time purchase that you can restore on your other devices.
I reinstalled the game or got a new phone. Where is my progress?
Progress is saved only on the device, because the game has no accounts or cloud saves. Uninstalling or changing devices starts the game fresh, unless your device's own backup restored the app's data. Use Restore purchases to get your one-time purchases back.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings > Privacy > Delete my data and confirm. This erases everything the game saved on your device and cannot be undone. Data held by Google for ads and analytics is described in the privacy policy (section "Delete your data"); for anything else email hopkitegames@gmail.com.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Open Settings > Privacy > Ad choices. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this reopens Google's consent message; in US states with privacy laws it lets you opt out of personalized ads. On iPhone you can also change tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us: Google Play refunds or Apple refunds.
I can't see the tell. Is the wolf really there?
Yes, every flock has exactly as many impostors as the level says, and each one shows at least two tells before the timer ends. Watch for a tail, an ear, glowing eyes, fangs, a lick or a glint on one eye. If the tells are hard to see, turn on Settings > Accessibility > Bigger, bolder tells. Fail the same level twice and the next try starts with free binoculars.
When does the daily flock change?
At 00:00 UTC. Everyone in the world plays the same five wolves that day.
How do I unlock the other flocks?
With coins you earn by catching wolves (open Flocks from the main menu), or all at once with the All flocks purchase.
